BELOW ARE OUR SHOP POLICIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPLEMENT THEM WITHOUT WARNING.

GENERAL

By making any form of purchase the buyer agrees to MTN View Oasis' policies.

IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICAN'S WITH DISABILITIES ACT

At any point if a buyer displays behavior such as (not limited to) rushing MTN View Oasis, rude remarks, lack of communication, etc. MTN View Oasis will no longer work with the buyer and any existing orders will be canceled with a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order total. MTN View Oasis may then do whatever they would like with the product.

SHOP BAN

Once an individual has been banned from MTN View Oasis' shop they are no longer allowed to purchase products directly through MTN View Oasis' website. Attempt to do so will result in an order cancellation with a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order total.

ORDER CANCELLATION FEES

MTN View Oasis holds the right to issue an order cancellation fee up to 50% of the order total to cover Shopify transaction fees, materials, work done, etc. in any instance that MTN View Oasis sees fit. However, order cancellation fees will not be atomically and the buyer will be given multiple chances before an order cancellation fee is done. Order cancellation fee percentage will vary depending on the order specifics. Any situation requiring MTN View Oasis to issue an order cancellation fee will result in an automatic shop ban.

RESELLING OUR GEAR

Any MTN View Oasis products resold must be sold at the cost you paid or less. If a product is given to a buyer as a free gift or due to an error on MTN View Oasis part that product may not be resold. However, the buyer is welcome to trade that product. Reselling a free product or selling a product for more than you paid qualifies as scamming and we will choose to no longer do business with you. Any existing orders will be canceled with a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order total.

COMMUNICATIONS

MTN View Oasis communicates regularly regarding orders. Failure to respond to a message within 7 days from the time of the first message being sent will result in an order cancellation with a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order total. MTN View Oasis may then do whatever they would like with any work that has been done on the buyers order.

MTN View Oasis will not reach out to customers multiple times regarding an order. It is the buyers responsibility to maintain contact regarding their order.

MTN View Oasis will not reach out on multiple platforms in order to establish contact. MTN View Oasis will only use the contact information provided by the buyer in the order form.

In the event that MTN View Oasis sends a mockup and does not hear back from the buyer after the required 7 days MTN View Oasis will stitch the order out as is.

In the event that MTN View Oasis reaches out with questions regarding an order and does not hear back from the buyer after the required 7 days MTN View Oasis will proceed with what is stated on the order form.

If at any point in time a buyer restricts or blocks MTN View Oasis' account while having an active order their order will be canceled with a cancellation fee  up to 50% of the order total. MTN View Oasis may then do whatever they would like with any work that has been done on the buyers order.

MTN View Oasis encourages buyers to look over their selected options (size‚ materials‚ design‚ etc.) and make sure everything is the what they want before ordering. If the buyer is unsure about anything, then it is their responsibility to reach out to MTN View Oasis for assistance. MTN View Oasis does not allow changes of any kind after orders are placed.

RETURNS, REMAKES, AND EXCHANGES

MTN View Oasis does not provide order cancellations, refunds, or remakes unless MTN View Oasis is at fault. MTN View Oasis is will not be fault for (but not limited to) buyer mismeasuring, buyer remorse, buyer's lack of communication, buyer's production assumptions, buyer not reading policies, buyer not reading description, etc.

MTN View Oasis does not accept order cancellations, but in the event that an order cancellation is granted a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total will be required

CUSTOMS, MYSTERIES, PREDESIGNED, AND PREMADES

Any quotes, questions, etc. must be sent to MTN View Oasis prior to purchasing a custom order. MTN View Oasis is not responsible and will not refund or cancel an order if the buyer fails to reach out to confirm (not limited to) design quotes, questions about add-ons, specific material availability, etc. In the event that MTN View Oasis agrees to refund or cancel a custom order the buyer may be subject to an order cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total.

In the event that a buyer places an order and the order is placed incorrectly MTN View Oasis will not issue a refund. It is the buyers responsibility to reach out and make sure the order is being placed correctly.

MTN View Oasis is not responsible if a material goes out of stock and cannot be reordered. If the buyer is wanting a particular material it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that MTN View Oasis has the material in stock or can order it. In the event that a specific material is not available MTN View Oasis will offer alternative options. If the buyer is unhappy with the alternative material options a refund will be issued. If buyer selects an alternative material option with a cost difference from the original selection the buyer will be refunded the difference or will be responsible for paying the difference.

The buyer is responsible for providing any design images, drawings, embroidery file links, etc. needed for their order. MTN View Oasis will not source or draw any pictures, source or draw any artwork, or source or digitize any embroidery files. It is the buyer's responsibility to know what they want.

MTN View Oasis will not make any alterations to the images, drawings, embroidery files, etc. They will be digitized as is.

MTN View Oasis is not responsible if the mock-up edits cause the order to not ship according to the quoted wait time.

For fully custom products (ONLY) MTN View Oasis will sent digital mock-ups before stitching anything out. Any issues such as (not limited to) design issues, spelling issues, sizing issues, thread color issues, etc. is the buyer's responsibility. Mock-ups will be stitched out as is once approved.

MTN View Oasis will provide a maximum of three free mock-ups per custom product. If the buyer requires additional mock-ups, then a $5 fee (per additional mock-up) will be required. In the event that the buyer wishes to not pay the fee and is unhappy with the existing mock-up the order will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total will be required.

Any large scale custom design changes such as (not limited to) changing the design to another idea, changing the wording, changing the shape of the product, changing the size of the product, etc. will result in revision charges including a revision fee of up to $25 depending on the changes and any costs associated with the requested changes.

Colors may appear differently in person. MTN View Oasis will not cancel, remake, refund, etc. if the buyer is unhappy with the colors.

All premade products are sold as is. MTN View Oasis will not cancel, remake, refund, etc. for any reason.

We at MTN View Oasis do our best to catch any visible imperfections before posting premades for sale. Any visible imperfections such as (not limited to) misspellings, uncentered design, etc. is the buyer's responsibility. MTN View Oasis will not cancel, refund, remake, etc.

Predesigned products do not include a mock-up or completed photos.

PREORDER PRODUCTS

In the event a product is purchased during our preorder sales and is not available at the time of the order the product will be refunded. If that product was the only product in the order, then shipping and any shipping insurance will be refunded as well.

Some preorder products may have a minimum quantity or dollar amount that has to be met for the order to be placed. In the event that the minimum quantity or dollar amount is not met, then a refund will be issued for that product. If that product was the only product in the order, then shipping and any shipping insurance will be refunded as well.

THIRD PARTY VENDER PRODUCTS

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third party venders.

MTN View Oasis will quality check all third part vender products before shipment as best as possible. In the event that there is any issue with the product the buyer agrees to be mindful and patient and respectful while MTN View Oasis works with the third party vender. Failure to do so will result in an automatic shop ban.

BIOTHANE MOBILITY HARNESS

There is no overall orthopedic approval for any mobility harness. As a result MTN View Oasis will not remake, refund, exchange, etc. if your dog is unable to be approved to use our mobility harness.

It is the handler's responsibility to ensure that their dog is fit to work and is safely able to wear our harness.

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for improper use.

By purchasing a mobility harness you are stating that your dog has been properly tested to wear one of our harnesses. You are also agree to assume all responsibility for anything that occurs as a result of your dog wearing one of our harness.

GENERAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge the risk associated with misusing or inappropriately handling or maintaining MTN View Oasis products including (but not limited to) the potential physical or psychological injury to the person and/or the dog, social backlash and/or blacklist, and financial hardship.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge that any attempts to alter or deconstruct our products will also be considered as inappropriate handling and as such cover under our policies.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge that you freely and willingly assume all responsibility for any of personal injury or death, injury or death of canine, loss or damage of products, etc. due to actions.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you agree to release and hold harmless MTN View Oasis from all claims and liabilities of any type whatsoever and for damages to property, personal injury or death, injury or death of canine, which may result from your own personal actions.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge that MTN View Oasis requires dogs to have proper vet approval prior to doing any form of mobility work. The buyer also acknowledges that it is their (the buyer's) responsibility to obtain the vet approval.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge that MTN View Oasis does not condone usage of mobility gear on dogs without vet clearance and therefore release MTN View Oasis of all liability related to the usage of the dog gear on uncleared dogs.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge that MTN View Oasis does not condone the usage of our gear to misrepresent working dogs and therefore release MTN View Oasis of all liability related to the usage of the dog gear on non-working dogs.

By purchasing from MTN View Oasis you acknowledge that every dog is different and it is therefore recommended that before using your MTN View Oasis mobility harness you take the mobility harness to the proper vet for clearance before using it. You also acknowledge that it is your (the buyer's) responsibility to do so.

SERVICE DOG PRODUCTS

By purchasing any product you are stating that your dog has been task trained (or is learning tasks) and you and your dog are within and/or following your country and/or state's laws and/or requirements regarding working animals. You also agree to assume all responsibility for anything that occurs as a result of your dog wearing any of our products.

TESTER PRODUCTS

MTN View Oasis will occasionally offer tester products. Tester products may feature flaws and as a result will be sold at a discounted rate. This rate will be determined by MTN View Oasis.

MTN View Oasis Does not offer remakes, returns, refunds, exchanges, etc. on tester products. Tester products are purchased with the understanding that imperfections may be present.

MTN View Oasis may offer alterations to a tester product when possible with the understanding that the buyer may be responsible for costs such as (not limited to) shipping both ways, materials, time, etc. However, this will be done at MTN View Oasis' discretion.

Tester products are sold with the understanding and agreement that the buyer will submit any form of feedback that is requested by MTN View Oasis within two weeks of the product showing delivered. Failure to provide feedback within the two weeks of the product showing delivered will result in automatic shop ban without warning. If the buyer has an active order their order will be canceled with a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total without warning. MTN View Oasis may then do whatever they would like with any work that has been done on the buyer's order.

The buyer agrees to disclose that the product was a tester product when selling, trading, etc. Failure to do so can result in ban from future product testing.

ORDER ERRORS AND ISSUES

Any issues with a products quality must be reported to MTN View Oasis within 24 hours of the package showing delivered.

In the event that MTN View Oasis is at fault for an issue regarding an order a photo or video confirming the issue must be provided within 24 hours of the claim being made. In the instance that a product must be mailed back it must be done so within 3 business days of the claim being made. If the buyer fails to comply with the above statements, then MTN View Oasis is no longer responsible for fixing the product. If the buyer ships the product to MTN View Oasis after the 3 business day deadline MTN View Oasis holds the right to keep the product and the buyer will loose any claims to it.

Once a product has been shipped back to the buyer from MTN View Oasis, MTN View Oasis will no longer be responsible for the product or what happens during shipping. 

If MTN View Oasis is at fault a replacement product, gift card, full refund, partial refund, or something else will be offered. This will be done at MTN View Oasis' discretion.

PRODUCT REPAIRS

In the event that a product is mailed to MTN View Oasis for repairs the buyer is responsible for sending MTN View Oasis clear photos or videos of the damaged product.

SHIPPING TO MTN VIEW OASIS

All packages mailed to MTN View Oasis will be opened on camera to confirm the products arrival, products quality, etc. In the event that the expected product is not sent, is in poor quality, obvious signs of deceit, etc. MTN View Oasis will no longer be responsible for fixing it regardless of the circumstances for why it was sent. In any case in which the buyer wishes to have the product sent back to them (the buyer) it is the buyer's responsibility to refund MTN View Oasis with the funds for the pre-purchased shipping label (if applicable) and to provide MTN View Oasis with the funds to purchase a second shipping label to send it back to the buyer. The buyer will have 3 days to provide MTN View Oasis with the funds. In the event that the buyer does not provide MTN View Oasis with the proper funds MTN View Oasis will obtain all legal ownership of the product. 

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for anything that occurs when a buyer mails a package to MTN View Oasis. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is properly packaged, mailing information is correct, shipping insurance is obtained, etc.

In the event that MTN View Oasis is charged any fees related to shipping it is the buyers responsibility to pay them.

In the instance where a product must be mailed back at the buyers expense it must be done so within 3 business days of the listing being purchased. MTN View Oasis must be provided tracking information. If the buyer fails to comply with the above statements, then MTN View Oasis will cancel their order will a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total. If the buyer ships the product to MTN View Oasis after the 3 business day deadline, then the buyer will be responsible for paying the required amount again in addition to a $5 late shipment charge. If the buyer refuses to pay these within 3 business days of the product being delivered to MTN View Oasis, then the buyer will forfeit ownership and MTN View Oasis will obtain all legal ownership over the product.

SHIPPING-CHANGE OF ADDRESS

MTN View Oasis will not alter the shipping address for any orders.

SHIPPING

MTN View Oasis ships orders Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays. All orders will ship according to the existing wait times.

MTN View Oasis not does not ship partial orders. If the buyer purchases a product that is ready to ship with a product that has a wait time MTN View Oasis will not refund or cancel the order. It is expected that the order will ship together as a whole. In the event in which the buyer wants their product earlier they may opt to pay for additional shipping.

MTN View Oasis cannot guarantee the day that a package will be delivered.

All packages are dropped off in a drop box, Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for how long it takes the shipping service to update the tracking.

MTN View Oasis does not offer combined shipping for multiple existing orders. The buyer will have to place a new order and pay for shipping again.

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for any fees that occur once a product has shipped such as (not limited to) custom fees, custom taxes, etc.

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for (not limited to) lost packages, damaged packages, products damaged during shipping, etc. The buyer may opt to select a shipping method that includes shipping insurance or the buyer may purchase shipping insurance at checkout.

If the buyer purchases shipping insurance and something happens it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for anything that occurs during the claim process with the shipping company including (not limited to) claim denial, partial claim granted, etc.

PRIVACY

MTN View Oasis will not steal photos you post and/or share without permission. However, in the event that MTN View Oasis is tagged in any way this becomes void.

MTN View Oasis will not upload photos, share personal information, or discuss your disability with any other party.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for normal wear and tear that occurs. This includes (not limited to) snap breakage, thread breakage, loose threads, missing screw, faulty snap, etc. Buyer assumes all responsibility for anything that occurs for products showing any level of wear and tear.

MTN View Oasis is not responsible if you order the wrong size or mismeasure. MTN View Oasis will not refund, remake, exchange, etc. if you order the wrong size.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE

MTN View Oasis is not liable for anything occurs when a dog is wearing our gear. Once a product has been purchased the buyer takes full responsibility for anything that occurs.

None of MTN View Oasis' gear is cleared for mobility. While MTN View Oasis does sell gear that is aimed towards and advertised for mobility the buyer is required to clear the mobility with the proper authorities before use. MTN View Oasis is not liable for anything that occurs.

BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM MTN VIEW OASIS YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT OCCURS WITH THE PRODUCT. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold MTN View Oasis harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the site, (b) your use of the site, (c) your connection to the site, (d) your violations of these Terms or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.

BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM MTN VIEW OASIS YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT OCCURS WITH THE PRODUCT. YOU ALSO REPRESENT WHEN BUYING SERVICE DOG OR ASSISTANCE DOG SPECIFIC GEAR THAT YOUR DOG IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR LOCAL SERVICE DOG OR ASSISTANCE DOG REQUIREMENTS AND THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING DISPUTES IN CONNECTION TO YOUR SERVICE DOG OR ASSISTANCE DOG. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold MTN View Oasis harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the site, (b) your use of the site, (c) your connection to the site, (d) your violations of these Terms or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.

DESIGN LIABILITY

MTN View Oasis does not make gear promoting (not limited to) a specific animal trainer, organization, etc. without prior approval.

MTN View Oasis will produce any products featuring copyrighted or trademarked designs such as (not limited to) Disney, movies, tv shows, bands, song lyrics, etc.

MTN View Oasis will not produce any designs from the web unless the artist has provided permission. MTN View Oasis will check that permission was obtained. In the event that the buyer lies about having permission MTN View Oasis will no longer work this buyer and they will automatically be banned from MTN View Oasis' shop.

All designs submitted to MTN View Oasis must be available for commercial use. MTN View Oasis will check that permission for commercial use was given. In the event that the buyer lies about having permission MTN View Oasis will no longer work with this buyer and they will automatically be banned from MTN View Oasis' shop.

MTN View Oasis will not knowingly directly copy another shops original designs without their permission. MTN View Oasis will check that permission was obtained. In the event that the buyer lies about having permission MTN View Oasis will no longer work with this buyer and they will automatically be banned from MTN View Oasis' shop.

Once a buyer gives MTN View Oasis permission to reuse a design featuring an original design or phrase the buyer make not later take back permission. MTN View Oasis will disclose this when requesting permission.

MTN View Oasis will not reuse original custom designs without permission. An original custom design would look like (but not limited to) an original drawing or an original phrase. An example of what an original custom design would not look like (but not limited to) are basic shapes, basic phrases, predesigned embroidery files, etc. Otherwise unless a prior agreement was made MTN View Oasis reserves the right to reuse the design in any way that MTN View Oasis sees fit. MTN View Oasis will disclose if your design is considered original. 

BY SUBMITTING A DESIGN TO MTN VIEW OASIS YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE CONTENT WHICH YOU SUBMIT AND THAT THE CONTENT DOES NOT INFRINGE UPON THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (E.G. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS) OR OTHER RIGHTS OF OTHERS. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING DISPUTES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHER RIGHTS. IN THE CONTENT OR ANY PARTS OF THE CONTENT. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold MTN View Oasis harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the site, (b) your use of the site, (c) your connection to the site, (d) your violations of these Terms or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.

CREATOR RIGHTS

MTN View Oasis reserves the right to post photos, videos, etc. of any gear made by MTN View Oasis.

Unique Circonstances

As a small business MTN View Oasis recognizes that some situations can be unique. As a result, these unique situations will be handled as such.

TAXES AND FEES

MTN View Oasis is not responsible for any fees that occur such as (not limited to) taxes, import duties, import taxes, shipping fees, post office fees, holding fees, additional shipping fees, etc.
