BELOW ARE OUR SHOP POLICIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPLEMENT THEM WITHOUT WARNING.
GENERAL
By placing an order with MTN View Oasis, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all shop policies outlined below. These policies apply to all purchases made through the MTN View Oasis website or directly through MTN View Oasis. MTN View Oasis reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice
Service Dog Gear & Ethical Use
Many products sold by MTN View Oasis are commonly used by service animal handlers. MTN View Oasis does not verify, certify, or evaluate service animals.
Purchasing or using gear from MTN View Oasis does not grant public access rights, service animal status, or any form of certification.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their animal and their use of any gear comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their location.
MTN View Oasis does not support the misrepresentation of pets as service animals.
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe our products are being used in connection with fraud, animal abuse, misrepresentation of a service animal, or other unethical activity
Customer Conduct
MTN View Oasis strives to maintain a respectful and positive environment for both customers and our small business.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue communication with any individual whose behavior is abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Unacceptable behavior may include, but is not limited to:
• harassment or excessive messaging
• disrespectful or hostile communication
• attempts to pressure or rush production outside of stated timelines
• threats, chargeback threats, or attempts to bypass shop policies
Violations of these standards may result in refusal of service, cancellation of active orders, or discontinuation of communication in accordance with the Right to Refuse Service and Order Cancellation policies
Right to Refuse Service
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue working with any individual at our discretion.
This may occur in situations including, but not limited to:
• violation of shop policies
• abusive or disrespectful communication
• harassment or threatening behavior
• fraudulent or suspicious activity
• repeated failure to follow order instructions or policies
If service is refused while an order is active, the order may be canceled in accordance with the Order Cancellation Policy.
Individuals who have previously been refused service may have future orders declined or canceled
Order Cancellation Policy
Because many MTN View Oasis products are handmade or made to order, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting their purchase.
Order cancellations will only be issued if MTN View Oasis determines that an error occurred on our end.
In situations where MTN View Oasis must discontinue working with a buyer due to violations of shop policies, inappropriate conduct, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances outlined within these policies, any active orders may be canceled at our discretion.
Orders may also be canceled if a buyer fails to respond to communication regarding their order within 30 days, particularly when approval, clarification, or information is required in order to proceed with production.
If an order is canceled due to policy violations, lack of communication, or refusal to cooperate with the production process, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total may be applied to cover payment processing fees, materials purchased or allocated for the order, labor already completed, and administrative costs.
Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing their cart before checkout. Duplicate or accidental orders placed by the buyer are not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation
Reselling MTN View Oasis Products
MTN View Oasis gear may be resold, traded, or rehomed by its owner. Once a product has been purchased, the buyer is free to decide what they do with their item.
However, MTN View Oasis does not support the resale of our gear for the purpose of price gouging, misrepresentation, or other deceptive practices.
Products that were received for free, provided as replacements, or given as promotional items should not be resold for profit.
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to refuse future service to individuals who engage in behavior that harms our business, misrepresents our products, or attempts to profit from promotional items in a deceptive manner
Communication
MTN View Oasis communicates with customers using the contact information provided at checkout. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and for monitoring messages related to their order. Buyers are also responsible for checking spam or filtered message folders if they are expecting communication regarding their order.
If a response is required in order to continue production and no response is received within 30 days, the order may be canceled in accordance with the Order Cancellation Policy.
MTN View Oasis communicates through the contact information provided with the order and will not attempt to contact buyers across multiple platforms
Order Changes & Alterations
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all order selections carefully before submitting their order. This includes, but is not limited to:
• size
• materials
• colors
• hardware
• design details
• spelling or wording
• add-ons
Orders are produced based on the options selected by the buyer within the product listing. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for incorrect selections, omitted add-ons, or assumptions about features that were not selected at the time of purchase.
MTN View Oasis does not guarantee that order changes can be made once an order has been placed.
If a buyer wishes to request a change, the request must be made as soon as possible. Changes may only be considered if production has not yet begun and materials have not yet been cut or allocated.
If a change requires additional materials, labor, or design work, additional fees may apply.
Once production has begun, order changes will no longer be permitted
Returns, Remakes, and Exchange
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, MTN View Oasis does not accept returns or exchanges.
Because most MTN View Oasis products are handmade or customized, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.
Refunds, remakes, or replacements will only be considered if MTN View Oasis determines that an error occurred on our end.
Situations that do not qualify for refunds, remakes, or replacements include, but are not limited to:
• incorrect measurements provided by the buyer
• ordering the wrong size
• buyer remorse
• color differences caused by screen displays, lighting, dye lots, or material variations
• natural variations in embroidery caused by fabric texture, thread tension, stabilizer use, or stitching limitations
• failure to read product descriptions or policies
• incorrect order selections made by the buyer
• assumptions regarding production time or materials
Due to the nature of handmade production and the materials used, slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
If MTN View Oasis determines that an error occurred on our end, we will work with the buyer to determine an appropriate resolution. Possible resolutions may include repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
All resolutions are determined at the discretion of MTN View Oasis. Buyers agree to contact MTN View Oasis directly to resolve any concerns regarding their order before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or third-party claim. Filing a dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with MTN View Oasis may result in refusal of future service. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
MTN View Oasis maintains detailed order records including order selections, mockup approvals, communication history, and production documentation. These records may be provided to payment processors or financial institutions if a dispute or chargeback is initiated
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for the buyer based on the information, materials, and design details provided at the time the order is placed.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct before submitting their purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, sizing, materials, colors, wording, design selections, and add-ons.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for aesthetic preferences or design outcomes resulting from the combination of materials, colors, hardware, or add-ons selected by the buyer.
If a buyer has questions regarding materials, add-ons, design complexity, or pricing, they must contact MTN View Oasis prior to placing their order. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the buyer.
Once a custom order has been placed, large-scale design changes cannot be made. Large-scale design changes include, but are not limited to, changing the wording or phrase used in the design, switching to a completely different design or concept, altering the layout of the design, changing the shape or structure of the product, or significantly changing the size or overall design direction of the order.
Buyers are responsible for providing any design elements required for their order, including wording, images, drawings, embroidery file links, or other design references.
All designs submitted to MTN View Oasis must be approved for commercial use. By submitting a design, the buyer confirms that they have permission to use the design and that it does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to designs submitted by the buyer.
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to decline designs that may infringe on intellectual property rights or closely copy another business’s original design without permission.
All custom orders requiring a mockup must be approved by the buyer before production begins. Once approved, production will proceed using the approved information and design details.
Production timelines may be extended if additional clarification, revisions, or approvals are required from the buyer.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible if a specific material becomes unavailable after an order is placed. If a material cannot be restocked, alternative options may be offered when possible.
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to cancel a custom order in accordance with the Order Cancellation Policy if necessary due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
• violations of shop policies
• failure to respond to communication regarding the order
• inability to obtain required materials
• design permission or copyright concerns
• inappropriate conduct or refusal to cooperate with the production process
Because custom items are created specifically for the buyer, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless MTN View Oasis determines that an error occurred on our end.
Custom items cannot be refunded due to personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved by the buyer during the mockup process.
Due to the nature of embroidery and handmade production, designs may appear slightly different once stitched depending on fabric texture, thread tension, and stitching limitations.
Custom products will include mockups prior to production. The order will follow the Mockup Approval policy.
Approval confirms that the buyer accepts full responsibility for all details shown and waives the right to request changes, remakes, or refunds based on approved information
Predesigned Products
Predesigned products feature designs that have already been created by MTN View Oasis.
The design, wording, layout, and overall concept of a predesigned product cannot be altered or modified. If a buyer would like changes made to a design, the order must be placed as a custom product instead.
Buyers may select from the options available within the product listing, such as size, materials, colors, or add-ons when applicable. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all selected options are correct before submitting their order.
Predesigned products will include mockups prior to production. The order will follow the Mockup Approval policy.
Production timelines may be extended if additional clarification or information is required from the buyer in order to complete the order.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible if a specific material becomes unavailable after an order is placed. If a material cannot be restocked, alternative options may be offered when possible.
If a situation arises that prevents a predesigned order from being completed as originally planned, MTN View Oasis reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation Policy
Mockup Approval
MTN View Oasis provides mockups for custom and predesigned orders prior to production.
Written approval is required before any order can move forward. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review the mockup and all order information before approving. This includes, but is not limited to, spelling, wording, thread colors, size, colors, materials, hardware, add-ons, and overall design details.
The mockup and order information sheet together serve as the final build instructions used during production. Orders will be made directly from the approved mockup and the information shown with it. Anything not shown on the mockup or not listed within the materials and add-ons section will not be included in the final product.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring all materials, hardware, and add-ons are listed correctly before approving the mockup.
If edits are needed, buyers should send all requested changes at once whenever possible. Multiple rounds of edits or delayed approvals may extend the production timeline.
Each order includes up to four mockup revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included four edits will require a $5 revision fee per additional edit.
Once a mockup has been approved, no further changes can be made. Approval confirms that all information, materials, add-ons, and design details are correct and that MTN View Oasis has permission to proceed with production.
Mockup approval serves as the buyer’s final authorization for MTN View Oasis to begin production of the order exactly as shown.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or buyer-approved details that were present on the approved mockup or order information sheet. Orders will not be remade, refunded, canceled, or altered due to details that were missed or approved by the buyer during the mockup stage
Mystery Orders
Mystery orders are products where the design, colors, materials, and overall concept are selected entirely by MTN View Oasis.
Mystery orders are not considered custom orders and do not include design requests or custom design work.
By purchasing a mystery item, the buyer acknowledges that they have no control over the final design and may not like the finished product.
MTN View Oasis will do our best to accommodate preferences within the options provided in the product listing when applicable. Only selections made within the listing will be considered. Any requests outside of the listing or requests made after the order has been placed will not be honored.
Mystery orders do not include design previews or mockups.
Mystery designs are not one-of-a-kind and may be reused in future products.
Because the design is intentionally a surprise, all mystery orders are final sale. Refunds, remakes, returns, or exchanges will not be offered due to personal preference.
If a situation arises that prevents a mystery order from being completed as originally planned, MTN View Oasis reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation Policy
Premade Products
Premade products are items that have already been created by MTN View Oasis and are sold exactly as shown in the product listing.
The design, materials, colors, and overall appearance of premade products cannot be altered or modified.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product listing, photos, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Product photos are taken to represent the item as accurately as possible; however, colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Because premade products are already completed, no design changes, customizations, or additional design requests can be made after purchase.
All premade products are sold as shown in the listing and are considered final sale unless MTN View Oasis determines that an error occurred on our end
Tester Products
MTN View Oasis may occasionally offer tester products. Tester products are experimental or trial items that are being evaluated before potentially being added to the shop as regular products.
Tester products may include minor imperfections, design variations, or unfinished elements. These products are offered at a discounted price with the understanding that they are part of a testing process.
Tester products are sold as is and may not be returned, exchanged, remade, or refunded.
Buyers who purchase tester products may be asked to provide feedback regarding performance, durability, or usability. This feedback helps MTN View Oasis evaluate and improve future products.
If feedback is requested, it must be provided within two weeks of the product showing delivered unless otherwise stated.
Failure to provide requested feedback may result in refusal of future service in accordance with the Right to Refuse Service policy.
Tester designs or features may be adjusted, improved, reused, or discontinued based on feedback and testing results.
Tester products may change in design, construction, or availability at any time based on testing results.
If a tester product is resold or traded, the buyer agrees to disclose that the item was originally sold as a tester product. Failure to disclose that an item was sold as a tester product may result in refusal of future service in accordance with the Right to Refuse Service policy
Order Errors & Issues
If there is an issue with an order due to an error made by MTN View Oasis, the buyer must contact us within 48 hours of the package showing delivered.
Buyers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so that it can be properly evaluated.
If a product needs to be returned for inspection or repair, the buyer will be provided with return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving those instructions unless otherwise stated.
Failure to ship the item within the required timeframe may result in the issue no longer being eligible for resolution.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for resolving issues if the buyer fails to report the issue within the required timeframe or does not provide the requested documentation.
If MTN View Oasis determines that an error occurred on our end, an appropriate resolution will be offered. Possible resolutions may include repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances. The final resolution will be determined at the discretion of MTN View Oasis.
In the event that circumstances arise which prevent an order from being completed as originally planned, MTN View Oasis reserves the right to pause production while a solution is discussed with the buyer. Possible resolutions may include adjustments to the order, substitutions, or cancellation of the affected portion of the order when necessary.
Handmade production may occasionally require small adjustments during the production process in order to ensure the final product meets quality and safety standards
Product Repairs
MTN View Oasis may offer repair services for products on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the item and the type of repair required.
Buyers must contact MTN View Oasis before sending any item for repair. Unauthorized returns or repair shipments may be refused.
Repair requests will be evaluated once the item has been received and inspected.
Repairs are not guaranteed and will be determined based on the condition of the item and the type of repair required.
Repair costs may apply depending on the nature of the repair. Buyers will be notified of any applicable repair fees before work begins.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs unless otherwise stated.
Items sent in for repair must be clean and free of excessive dirt, hair, or debris. MTN View Oasis reserves the right to refuse repair services for items that arrive in unsanitary condition.
If original materials are no longer available, similar materials may be used when completing repairs.
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to decline repair requests if the item cannot be safely repaired or if the condition of the item makes repair impractical.
Production & Processing Time
Production timelines vary depending on the product ordered, order volume, and the complexity of the design. Estimated wait times listed on the website or within product listings reflect the approximate time required for production before the order ships.
Production timelines may extend if additional communication, clarification, mockup revisions, or approvals are required from the buyer.
Placing an order does not guarantee completion by a specific date unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Buyers who require an order by a specific deadline must contact MTN View Oasis prior to placing their order.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete order information, delayed buyer responses, material availability, or circumstances outside of our control
Uncontrollable Events
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, illness, medical emergencies, equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
In these situations, production timelines may be extended as necessary
Shipping Items to MTN View Oasis
All packages mailed to MTN View Oasis may be opened on camera upon arrival to document the condition of the package and the contents received.
Buyers must contact MTN View Oasis and receive approval before sending any items to the shop. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused.
All items mailed to MTN View Oasis will be inspected upon arrival before any work or services are performed.
Items mailed to MTN View Oasis must be clean and free of excessive dirt, hair, or debris. MTN View Oasis reserves the right to refuse service for items that arrive in unsanitary condition.
All packages must include the buyer’s name and order information so the item can be properly identified upon arrival.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for anything that occurs while a buyer’s package is in transit to the shop. Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged, the correct shipping address is used, and that shipping insurance is purchased if desired.
If the item received does not match what was expected, arrives in poor condition, or shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage beyond what was previously discussed, MTN View Oasis reserves the right to decline repair or service.
If a buyer requests that an item be returned to them, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If a shipping label was previously provided by MTN View Oasis, the buyer must reimburse the cost of that label and provide payment for a new shipping label for the return shipment.
Buyers will have 90 days to provide the required funds for return shipping after being notified.
If the buyer does not provide the required funds or fails to respond within the stated timeframe, the item may be considered abandoned and MTN View Oasis reserves the right to dispose of the item at its discretion.
If a product is required to be mailed to MTN View Oasis as part of resolving an order issue, the buyer must ship the item within 7 business days and provide tracking information.
Failure to ship the item within the required timeframe may result in the issue no longer being eligible for resolution
Shipping
MTN View Oasis ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders will ship according to the current wait times listed within the shop.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. MTN View Oasis will not alter or update the shipping address for any order after it has been placed.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
MTN View Oasis does not ship partial orders. If a buyer purchases a ready-to-ship item along with an item that has a production wait time, the order will ship together once all items have been completed. Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to wait times for other items in the order. If the buyer wishes to receive an item earlier, they may request separate shipping and pay any additional shipping costs required.
MTN View Oasis cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been shipped.
Packages are typically dropped off at a shipping drop box. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to begin updating. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for delays in tracking updates from the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, MTN View Oasis has no control over the package or delivery timeline.
MTN View Oasis does not offer combined shipping for separate existing orders. Buyers wishing to combine items must place them within the same order.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for any fees that may occur after an order has shipped, including but not limited to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other carrier-related charges.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, MTN View Oasis no longer has control over the package.
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier will be considered proof of delivery.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit and will not offer refunds, remakes, or replacements for issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Buyers may choose a shipping method that includes insurance or may purchase shipping insurance at checkout.
If shipping insurance is purchased and an issue occurs during transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for the outcome of any insurance claim, including claim denial or partial reimbursement.
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.
Packages refused by the buyer or returned due to failure to pick up the package may require additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier if there are delivery issues.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees that responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier once the package is accepted and scanned
Privacy
MTN View Oasis respects the privacy of its customers.
Personal information provided during the ordering process, including names, addresses, and contact information, will only be used for order fulfillment, customer communication, and necessary business operations.
MTN View Oasis will not sell, share, or distribute customer information to third parties except when required to complete an order, such as providing information to shipping carriers or payment processors.
Payment information is processed securely through the payment provider and is not stored or accessible by MTN View Oasis.
MTN View Oasis will not publicly share personal information, disclose or discuss a customer’s disability or medical information, or share sensitive customer information with any other party.
MTN View Oasis will not repost or use photos shared by customers without permission. However, if MTN View Oasis is directly tagged in publicly shared content, MTN View Oasis may repost or share that content.
Customer information may only be disclosed if required by law.
Product Use, Responsibility & Liability
MTN View Oasis products are handmade items and may experience normal wear and tear over time with regular use. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for normal wear and tear that occurs after a product has been used.
Hardware components such as buckles, snaps, d-rings, and adjusters may experience wear over time depending on use, environment, and the activity level of the animal. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for hardware wear, damage caused by heavy use, environmental exposure, or failure resulting from misuse or excessive force.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct size and provide accurate measurements when required. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect sizing or measurements provided by the buyer.
Animals may grow, gain weight, lose weight, or change shape over time. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for fit issues caused by changes in the animal’s size, growth, conditioning, coat changes, or body development after the order has been placed.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the measurements provided are taken correctly and follow any measurement instructions provided by MTN View Oasis.
Once a product has been purchased and used, the buyer assumes full responsibility for how the product is used. MTN View Oasis is not liable for any injuries, damages, accidents, or other issues that may occur while a dog or handler is using our gear.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their dog is healthy, properly trained, and suitable for any activities performed while wearing MTN View Oasis gear.
Buyers are responsible for regularly inspecting their gear and ensuring it remains safe and appropriate for continued use.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use, misuse, failure to properly maintain the product, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.
MTN View Oasis is not responsible for issues that occur if a product has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than MTN View Oasis.
Some gear may be used by handlers for mobility purposes; however, MTN View Oasis does not certify, approve, or guarantee any gear for mobility work. Buyers are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals and ensuring any mobility use is safe and appropriate before using the gear in that manner. MTN View Oasis is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur from mobility use.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any tasks performed while using MTN View Oasis gear are appropriate for the design and construction of the product. Gear that is not specifically designed for certain activities should not be used for those purposes.
Dogs should never be left unattended while wearing gear. MTN View Oasis is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage that occur if a dog is left unattended while wearing any product.
Buyers purchasing service animal or assistance animal related gear are responsible for ensuring their animal and their use of the gear comply with all applicable laws and requirements in their location.
By purchasing from MTN View Oasis, the buyer represents and warrants that they are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of any products purchased and agree to release and hold MTN View Oasis harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of our products
Creator Rights
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to photograph, record, and share images or videos of any products created by MTN View Oasis.
These images may be used for marketing, advertising, product listings, portfolio display, social media, and other business-related purposes.
If a customer shares photos or videos featuring MTN View Oasis gear and tags MTN View Oasis in publicly shared content, MTN View Oasis may repost or share that content.
All designs, mockups, and product concepts created by MTN View Oasis remain the intellectual property of MTN View Oasis and may not be reproduced, copied, or used by other makers without permission. Sharing MTN View Oasis designs or mockups with other makers for the purpose of reproduction may result in refusal of future service in accordance with the Right to Refuse Service policy.
Mockups created by MTN View Oasis are for review purposes only and may not be shared with other makers or used to reproduce the design elsewhere.
Unauthorized reproduction of MTN View Oasis designs, mockups, or product concepts may result in refusal of service and other appropriate action.
Commissioning MTN View Oasis to create a design does not transfer ownership of the design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
MTN View Oasis reserves the right to reuse designs in future products unless otherwise stated
Policy Interpretation & Discretion
