General Information

Predesigned products are designs that have already been created and are available to order directly through our website. These designs are fully planned, sized, and ready to go, allowing for a more streamlined ordering process. Design alterations cannot be made. Customers can browse available products, select the design and product option they want, and place their order without needing to go through the custom design process.

We offer a wide variety of predesigned products, with new designs and options being added regularly. Some products may be available in limited sizes due to design limitations. 

Predesigned Order Process

To place a predesigned order, customers must select the product and design they want directly from the website and complete the listing with all required information. Any customization options that are available for a specific product will be listed directly in the product listing.

If you have questions about a predesigned product, you may reach out before placing your order. However, because predesigned products are already created, designed, and sized, design alterations or substitutions are not available.

Mockups & Production Timeline

Predesigned products follow the same mockup and production timeline as custom orders.

The current estimated wait time for mockups is 1–2 weeks.

Once a mockup has been approved, please allow 1–8 weeks for the order to be completed and shipped.

Important Notes

Predesigned products are not considered original custom designs and do not grant exclusive use of a design or color combo. Any predesigned order can be reused for future products or offerings.

All orders are processed in the order they are placed. Production timelines may vary based on current workload, order volume, material availability, digitizing requirements, and other factors. Quoted wait times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We process orders Monday through Friday. If you need an order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated.
